Desire to Learn (D2L) is a new learning management system being introduced at VIU. It will soon be the primary digital means of communication and interaction for many courses on campus, including AP5. Don't be frightened by it. It is actually quite easy to navigate and use. As you can see below, the interface is very simple.
I will be using it in AP5 to replace the blog and traditional e-mail. Please look at the following video introduction to D2L to familiarize yourself with D2L, then try it out yourself. Your first 2 tasks are to send me a D2L e-mail, then post and respond to one of the D2L discussion board threads.
